Unity at the PR Week Awards

We have been partners in a multitude of crazy campaigns and launches with Unity PR for the last seven years. We’ve shared in their struggles and successes, watched generations come and go like Drazic’s house in Heartbreak High, cohabited in the house for much of the time and generally had a riotous time.

We’ve been very lucky in that, not only are they great people, they consistently do amazing work – and very much along the lines that we like to play: adventurous, genuinely disruptive and interesting. Often to us as well as the target audiences.

But the key is that the campaigns perform – and as a result Unity is one of the most awarded agencies for its size in the world. In fact it has been nominated the most creative PR agency globally (pound-for-pound) by the Holmes Report three out of the last four years (and came second in the ‘off’ year).

So we were very excited to be invited to attend this year’s PR Week Awards with them last week, at which we had eleven nominations, for different parts of Direct Fix – the biggest campaign we have led the social media on with Unity in the last year – and for the Spark Something Good campaign for M&S.

It’s fantastic just to be recognised with a nomination, so everyone was delighted to snag seven out of the eleven – including Best Content, Best Integrated, Best Overall Campaign and Agency of the Year. So congratulations to everyone who has been part of the enormous efforts that have earned the trophies, and thank you for having us along for the ride…
